Andouille Sausage and Potato Soup

Recipe here...
Olive oil, chopped onions, Andouille sausage, garlic, thyme, bay leaves, potatoes, chicken stock, salt, pepper and parsley.  It looks like you could have this totally prepared in about 50 minutes from start to finish.  You could probably tweak this by using your favorite sausage meat and spices.

Fantastic Fish and Potato Pie
Topic: Recipes
Recipe here...
Well, they did call this a fantastic fish pie, but I don't think it would be the same without the potatoes. So I included this recipe here. I love fish. The recipe calls for potatoes, salt, peper, spinach, onion, carrot, olive oil, heavy cream, cheese, lemon juice, dijon mustard, parsley and 1 pound fish. Preferable not cod, as they are an endangered species (see this article for more information on endangered fish species and dining). The sauce looks delicious and could be used with other dishes.
